Carrot, Spinach, Parsley, Cucumber, Ginger
So I went to whole foods today (yes, i am a bit of a procrastinator. i said i was going to go last week. i know, i know.) in search of $20 worth of good stuff. I will tell you all about it tomorrow. But while I was there, I decided to indulge in a fresh squeezed juice. This is what I came up with, thought I cannot take all of the credit. I let the nice guy behind the counter pick the last ingredient. It was really good, and I noticed that he only put in a teeny tiny piece of ginger. Ahhhhhh. Ok. Be back tomorrow.

Sounds really refreshing....I have been him-hawing about buying a juicer....a really good juicer. Jack Lalane looks fab and he is a juicer. I am just thinking this could be another fountain of youth.
look at some of your previous posts/comments in january about this juice maker ;)
I am feeling like I need to go out and get a juicer! Especially when you go and throw ginger in there. I can't get enough of that root!
Thanks for sharing.
Love ginger fied rice but havn't tried it in a juice yet.Hmm

I typically opt for sweeter fruit juices myself. Guess the carrot adds a little sweetness to it. How would you describe the taste?
At the Last Carrot in Coconut Grove, they make a mixed juice combo with carrots, beets, celery and ginger. So sweet.
Okay, now we need to know what type of juice you used that you put that ginger in.Come on Now, come on Now. Spill the beans. Elaine Cooke
I love your blog! I just recently got a [used] juicer and have been experimenting with all sorts of concoctions, especially when making cocktails. If you ever invest in one, you should try making a lemon-ginger vodka martini. So delicious!
I love ginger and usually steep it in tea or mince for hainanese chicken rice... but juicing it sounds intriguing!
